Jamie Mendoza  FAPM ChPP

As co-founder, Jamie shaped the business around a belief that successful programmes rely on strong relationships as much as technical capability. Clients value trusted partners who understand the realities of delivery, communicate clearly and remain focused on what matters most.

A Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) and Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM), Jamie has spent his career helping organisations deliver complex infrastructure programmes by bringing together people, building trust and creating alignment around shared objectives.

His experience spans project, programme and portfolio leadership across energy, utilities and critical infrastructure environments. Known for his collaborative approach, Jamie has successfully worked with clients, contractors and stakeholders to navigate complexity, manage competing priorities and maintain focus on successful delivery.

Jamie is also a passionate mentor, supporting project professionals at all stages of their careers and actively contributing to the development of the wider project profession.

Today, he works closely with clients and delivery teams to build capability, provide leadership and help programmes maintain momentum from concept through to completion.
