Sam Evans MAPM
As co-founder, Sam established the business around a simple belief: successful delivery depends on having experienced people close to the work, providing trusted judgement, clear direction and practical support when it matters most.
With more than 18 years’ experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and programmes, he is a Member of the Association for Project Management (MAPM) and an NEC4 Registered Project Manager, with a career spanning major energy, utility and infrastructure programmes across the UK.
His experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams, managing complex stakeholder environments and delivering critical infrastructure projects in highly regulated settings.
Having worked client-side, contractor-side and in consultancy, Sam brings a practical understanding of the challenges organisations face when moving from strategy to delivery. Today, he works closely with clients and project teams to provide leadership, build confidence in delivery and help programmes achieve their objectives.
